If you run a 4″ waste vent through a concrete foundation wall, will the waste vent crack due to expansion and contraction?

Should’nt, provided you have your 25mm or 1″ anular space between the pipe & foundation. But what about the foundation, me thinks you would need an engineer’s certificate to prove the integrity of the foundations are not compromised?
