Any ideas what could cause a bathroom sink in a newly constructed house to run slow. It fills up about three inches and then keeps pace with the incoming water. Then … it empties itself and then fills up again. Then needs about a minute to drain after the water in shut off. Thanks

          Tilers grout in the trap.

open the trap and clean it. Then if its still a problem get the plumber back to fix his problem

            1- Bad vent

            2- Back pitched lines

            3- Partial blockage

            4- Undersized drain lines

            Get the plumber BACK
