        I have a reliance gas water heater that the dip tube has gone bad. Is there any way to replace it? and where do I find a replacement.

          Call the company and give them the serial number of the unit

            DIP TUB IS EASY TO REPLACE MINE WAS JUST DONE BY OUR GAS COMPANY. TAKE INLET PIPE OFF AT THE HEATER AND PULL IT OUT IF IT IS STILL THERE, MINE WAS GONE JUST THE LIP RING WAS THERE. THEY DROPPED A NEW ONE IN AND IT IS GREAT. IN CANADA THERE HAVE QUITE A FEW REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY ON THIS ITEM AND THE COMPANY IS COVERING THE COST.

              All the water heeters in yor area must be the same so its easy to fix there.
