I understand that a class action lawsuit ended a few months ago concerning hot water tanks with defective dip tubes. I was recently noticing that we were running out of hot water after one shower or one load of laundry. I have also been experiencing white particles clogging my plumbing appliances. I have just now learned of the problem
with the faulty dip tubes. Any help in contacting someone who can help me with this matter would be appreciated.

        Thank you.

The situation will not improve with time. The quantity of available hot water will decrease as the tube deteriorates. An experienced plumber in your area will change the dip tube and know the warrantee procedures, if any, for the heater.
