For about a year now we have been getting thin, red worms in our downstairs toilet. We cannot find anyone who has ever heard of this problem. We do have a septic system. If anyone could give me any ideas, we don’t know what to do!

its not uncommon to bring thin red worms back up with tree roots. what to do ?? dunno, because anything you can use to kill then will kill the septic tank bacteria. Maybe leave the seat down, flush, lift lid and sit down without looking in the bowl
