I JUST COMPLETED A SECOND FLOOR ADDITION ON MY HOUSE. THE WATER PRESSURE TO THE SECOND FLOOR IS ONLY ENOUGH TO OPEN ONE FIXTURE AT A TIME. IS THEIR A WAY I CAN BOOST THE HOUSE PRESSURE TO FIX THE PROBLEM????
        THANK-YOU

If any one faucet will work, then you have enough pressure. Your problem is volume and that can be due to severly undersized pipes, obstructed pipes, broken valves, defective pressure reducing valve, etc.. Unless you are capable of finding the problem you will have to call a plumber.
