The water pressure at my lake cabin has recently started pulsing up and down. I’ve never dealt with a well before. What should I be looking for. Is this possible a clogged screen or something to do with my pressure tank. The system is 5 years old also.

Check for air in the system Cavitation Or a partically wate logged tank.
If you dont have enough air in the tank you will get erotic pressure fluctions
