I replaced my 15yr old water heater with a new one about 4 months ago. Worked fine for 2 months, then I turned the gas supply off (no-one was living in the house). Now I moved in and fired up the heater, an hour later the water is running out of the relief valve? I removed the valve, cleaned it with clean running water and replaced it, still leaks out..Help please!

New Watts ASME/AGA rated T&P cost under $5.00 for a 3/4″ 150 PSI 210 degree protection is it really worth taking a chance of using this one?
