what can be used to clean a white porcelan tub that is in rental property that has not been cleaned regularly and has a buildup, it is still a good tub just has been neglected, thanks

What is the buildup? You can get soap scum removers (eg at a hardware store) which in my experience work pretty well.

they make a nice product called a “pumie stick”. it looks like a piece of lava and works very well on tubs, sinks and toilets. it won’t scratch the hard surface.

thanks for your information, I used a pumice stick once in Calif in 1970 and it worked well, but had forgotten about them, so now I just have to locate them in a store, thanks for your help
