Grease in drain lines

I’m looking for a solution to getting grease out of kitchen drain lines and also what do i need to do to maintain grease traps

I service several commercial accounts with grease interceptors and the only thing I can tell you is proper maintenance is the key and BI yearly water jetting of the lines and traps.

FORGET Snake oil salesmen who push useless chemicals to make up for their lack of skills and only look to line their greedy pockets.

Hiring a Licensed plumber who owns a water jetter is the best way to go.
