Heat pump unit

We’re trying to obtain a residential heat pump unit that would supplement our electric hot water tank which uses a lot of electricity here in So. Calif. We had one that was integrated with the hot water tank, but had to give it up when the
tank was replaced. When we had that integrated unit our electric usage and bills were about half of those without. Can you provide us with a vendor(s) that can give us an estimate of the heat pump costs plus installation costs?
