I am experiencing problems to get constant hot water and the heating seems a little uneven as well. Our boiler is a 12year old Vaillant. There is no problem with the pilot light, but sometimes you cant hear the boiler firing. Do you have any suggestions, what could be wrong with it?Thanks for your reply, Marion Franke
