Toilet has leak that sounds like hissing noise. Letters in bottom are BII 4930 and the part is IBI Master Mark III.When the ball is raised the noise stops. Bending the rod down so the ball goes farther into the water doesnt stop teh noise.What should I do ? Thanks

Hiss back. Only kidding. The Toilet flush valve should be replaced. This is the part with the ball on it. They make them now without the ball and fairly simple to install. Good Luck.
