Need Upper Thermostat for RELIANCE STA-KLEEN 1010 electric hot water heater about 3 or 4 years old. Home Depot does not carry Reliance Brand anymore. Do you know where I can get an upper thermostat.

Thermostats are generic, so the ones that Home Depot has will work. Your old one may have been the non-adjustable model the was discontinued due to poor performance. Are you sure that is actually the problem? Many users start replacing items without knowing which ones are actually defective and wind up spending more money than a plumber would have cost to have checked it and replaced the proper part.
