gravity fed c/h sys

I am planning on coverting the attic of my bungalow which has a gravity fed c/h sys. If i put a radiator in the room will i need to raise the height of the feed tank above the level of this rad, and if so is there a head i must maintain. Also can i expect to have problems from the pump sending hot water to the new level
