Is it normal for a toilet to sweat year round, dripping sweat? If so or if not, can it be made to stop?

It is sweating because when you flush it, cold water fills the tank, and the humidity in the bathroom condenses on this cold tank. To stop it, go to Home Depot or any big box store and buy a tank insulation kit. It is installed INSIDE the toilet tank.
