I am currently restoring a house in Pittsburgh. It had been abandoned for approx. 3-5 years. The water in the radiators froze and busted one section out of every radiator. I dismantled one but was told it couldnt be made servicable. Is this true? It looks to me like I should be able to remove the blown out section and rebuild the rad. Any suggestions?
