how can I install a bathtub in my basement without having to remove part of the concrete floor or having to make the tub a raised one

Not a problem with installation or use. However, if you also want to drain it, you know the two choices, unless you want to submerse a pump in the tub to drain it.

You have eliminated two of the three possibilities, so the only one left is to get a raised bottom tub used in high rise apartments. You will still have to do some breaking to make a connection and install the P-trap.
