I live in a dorm and we almost NEVER get hot water,regardless of the time of day. Both the hot and cold water pipes are exposed. Is there any type of gadget that we could attach to the pipes to make the water warmer? Im desperate for warmth in the morning…is there any hope??!!Thanks,Krissy
