An older lady friends indoor water pressure is quite low from all faucets. However, the pressure from a water hose faucet attached immediately above the incoming main is high, indicating (to me, at least) that the problem is in the main line from there. How does one go about unclogging that line? Since the problem is on her side of the main, the city will not take care of it. Also, she is on a very limited income and cannot afford the services of a real plumber, so she has asked me to see what I can find out. I am by profession a computer techie.
