This is a very common problem. Most commonly, a bibb washer and seat need to be replaced. But some faucets have replaceable cartridges. Without more info I cant be more specific. If you want to turn your water off and disassemble the faucet, most any hardware store will have parts. Otherwise, call a plumber or friend that has experience. Repost if you need more help.
