We completed a Whole House inspection, noted the ABS pipe in the attic vent runs with the identifing it as mfg. by Gable 6-27-85. The floor of the structure is concrete. The structure was built in Loomis,Ca. in 1985.We shook the pipequite hard with no resulting cracks, signs, etc.What are the pitfalls of this material? Is it a real problem? Not one of the homes in the tract has reported a problem. I have reserched the class action suites and proposed settlemants to see if any claims from that area have been registered a claim, none recorded.Your comments will be appriciated.
