What steps should I go through to winterize the plumbing on a summer cabin? What is the proper anti-freeze to use on indoor plumbing?

What is the proper anti-freeze to use on indoor plumbing?We use air compessor. 1-cut off power or gas to hot water heater 2-cut off main water supply valve 3-connect air to any cold spigot 4- connect hose to heater drain and blow out water 5-go to each faucet and open until all water is blown out 6-cycle each appliance(washing machine,dishwaser,icemaker etc)until only air comes out if you have a water pump , cut it off and remove drain plugsthere is a check list that we use on my web site
