I have a closed central heating system (6 radiators and a small Beeston boiler) that runs in a loop but I want to improve its efficiency. Do I replace the cast iron radiators with modern pressed steel ones with more surface area, or focus on the boiler. Any ideas would be welcome.

Do a two pipe parallel system with non electric zone valves for each radiator.
PS Cast Iron is the BEST material for hot water systems
