        The bowl on one of my toilets only fills up about half way when I flush it and immediately release the handle. However, if I flush it and hold the handle down until the tank empties completely, the bowl fills up all the way. What causes this and how can I fix it? Thanks.

          Adjust the flapper/ Tank Bulb Or disc on the Douglas Valve for a longer flushing action

            Check for kink in small filler hose leading to overflow inlet.
