I am moving in to a property where it appears that the tub was not properly taken care of. Whats the best wat to get rid of old grout and caulking and start over from scratch to get that New look back.

if scrubbing with a cleaner such as CLR or some similar cleanser doesnt remove dirt or rejuvenate the look then removing the caulk and grout with ascrewdriver or putty knife or utility knife is about the only other option short of removing all the tile and installing a wall surround or installing new walls and tile.
