I am presently considering installing a l.p. Gas water heater, range, and clothes dryer in a new house that is being built. The gas that we will be using is scented propane. I know that gas presents a greater safety risk that electric. In your opinion, what is the risk factor in using gas L.P. (an outside tank) versus electric heat.Thank you,Chuck
