LPG Regulator needed.

We are looking for a special kind of lpg regulator with the following features.1. in the event of a gas leak the flow of gas should shut off automatically stoping further flow from the cylinder. 2. the regulator should have a gauge meter to show the availablity of gas in the cylinder. 3. the regulator should also have a timer (same as a timer in a washing machine).If you can supply us this kind of special regulators we are interested to import them on a continuous basis.
