The plumber who put in our home system is no longer around, and we are baffled by a hot water problem (dont know if you folks talk to the public or just people in the trade). If anyone can help us sort through this 2 50-gal tank system hooked up in some kind of parallel configuration (hot water is backing up down the main supply line + other problems), please contact me for details. Thank you in advance for any/all assistance.
