When my toilet is flushed it cycles and the water drains but there is a problem. the bowl never completly empties. In fact it gets maybe only down to 3/4s full. The problem is that is wont clear the bowl of anything. When I take a gallon jug of water and pour it into the bowl right when I flush it then clears the bowl of water. Does anyone have any insight into this? thank you for your time and have a good day
