When I flush my toilet everything works perfectly, except for the amount of water that it uses to fill the bowl. I can’t figure out how to set the shutoff so that the water level is lower in the bowl. It keeps filling almost to the rim, which makes for rather cool seating and wastes tons of water. Can anyone give me any suggestions? TIA

The water level should be about 3″ deep
