We’ve just moved into a condo about 10 years old.
Our shower seems to be running hot and cold. My husband has replaced the valve. It has improved about 50% but is still doing it.
Could you tell me what else this could be that we would need to replace.

This sounds like a CLASSIC by pass situation.
Did you folks check your washing machine connections?
Did you check your shower head?
Did you check to see if you have an older style of Moen faucets?
Of course you did check your dip tube correct?
