We are experiencing pin hole leaks in copper/aluminum and galvanised steel constructed coils.The leak appears where the copper tubes penetrate the gal and aluminum sheets and fins. Has anyone an answer for us. The units are located outside in the Sydney Mtro area.

Has anyone an answer for us. The units are located outside in the Sydney Mtro area.No KIDDING mate. I would be SHOCKED if you didnt have problems. Seems the coil manufacturers have no decentcy in this day and age. Even a moron knows never to mix Ferrous and non ferrous metals ( unless your selling coils) This mixing of metals causes an electrolic action which actually eat away at the non ferrious metals (copper,etc) I think if every contractor/building owner started a class action suit aginst this lousy practice then we could get quality back into this industry. good luck Sylvan
