Anybody know?1-Have you read the manufacturers instructions?2- Did the Master Plumber who installed this tank show you the proper way to remove sediment from the bottom,WHICH inturn robs you of the required BTUs to heat the water?3- Did this licensed and insured installer bother to show you how to test your T&P valve?4- Did your installer installer show you how to check the impeller on your circulator?5- Did thisinstaller put in a heat sink of 27 to prevent stratification of the hot water molecules traveling to the cold (Heat goes to the absence of heat)6- Is the check valve locked in the closed positition due to lack of prventive maintanceand blocked with sediment build up?7- Was the burner checked recently for proper combustion and cleaned properly?8- Do you have a BY -PASS occuring like a washing machine not properly hooked up or a faulty Moen Faucet?8-. Has anyone performed a recient plumbing job where they could have put in a cross connection with the piping system?8- Do you have a vacuum breaker installed on your boiler to prevent the mixing of potable water to non potable water?9- Do you know for a fact the circulator is really working and not just cavitating due to a broken impeller /Air bound? As you can tell plumbing is NOT a hit and miss operation. Lots of factors make up the simplest piping arrangements. Its like you saying to a Doctor YOU have pain in your chest. Have fun and call a Licensed professional let him show you all of the above so you know you and your family are protected. Respectifully Sylvan

If you never get hot enough water from any faucet, no matter how long it runs…It sounds like your hot water heater is not heating the water as much as the thermostat setting would indicate. It may be time to replace it or the entire heater.

The most common problem is an air bubble in the system that has to be flushed out by running a full flow of water through it and out a hose at the pump. The next possibility is that the impeller is frozen, (in a magnetic drive pump), and water backing up from the bottom of the tank if there is not a functioning check valve between the pump and the tank.: : All you master plumbers?
