what side of the radiator does the tee go?

If it is an upfeed to the radiator, it can go on either side as long as the tee is oriented properly, but my preference is on the supply side just to take advantage of the positive diversion of the water. If the radiator is below the main, then you need tees on both sides of the radiator, again being sure the tees are oriented properly. : what side of the radiator does the tee go?
