My name is Mark Miller and I am a student at California University of Pennsylvania. I am in a Transportation R&D class, and for my R&D project I will need PVC pipe. I am writing to ask if it would be possible for your company to donate any PVC pipe that is not used or sold (scrap preferably at least 3 in diameter).
