I recently had a problem with my water softner so I called for service. Basically, the softner is shot (distributer/resin) caused by the fact that I have sulpher water. All of our house water is supplied by artesian well. He suggested an aerator system which would have to be installed by a well company and can be rather expensive. Is there any other option? Is there no water softner system available that works with sulpher water? Any advice you could give would be appreciated.
