Clogged toilet

      My toilets clogged. Im wondering if I should call in a plumber or if I should just wait for the toilet paper and tissues to dissolve/disintegrate. Or is that just wishful thinking on my part? Advice would be appreciated.

      I should add that its only partially blocked, the water does go down if I flush but it takes a while (about 10 minutes)

      Sarah: PLUNGER, PLUNGER, PLUNGER!!!!! Take the lid off the tank & flush toilet, push flapper down prior to bowl overflowing. With water level at top of bowl, plunge briskly 3-4 times, if toilet doesnt flush repeat entire procedure . If no results call a drain cleaning company not a plumber.
