      I would like your opinion on a home built in 1995, which has polobutylene pipes. I am selling a home and the buyer is concerned about the polybutylene. Is this a serious problem, or has it been blown out of proportion? Any advice would be appreciated.

      It could be a problem, since I do not think there are any good PB installations. If it was installed before 8/31/95 and they buy the house after 8/21/1995 then they could be covered by the settlement, until the money is exhausted.: I would like your opinion on a home built in 1995, which has polobutylene : pipes.
