We have a 3 year old Giant water heater that we have replaced both thermostats and both elements on. Due to a wire placed incorrectly during one of the thermostat installations, the check valve released and we had a flood. Now we do not get enough hot water. What else can we do? Must we replace the tank?
Have an experienced plumber check your heater elements and controls as well as the safety of the water heater. It may just need some electrical repair.
