        Help!
We are in the process of remodeling a 100 year old farmhouse which currently has both radiators and cast iron baseboard. Switching over to cast iron baseboard isn’t within our budget, keeping the radiators and/or adding more takes up too much room, and the thought of “slant fin” baseboard in a historic home makes me cringe. Is there a company that makes some type of cover (wood maybe?) that we could use since baseboard may be our only option?

I called Suntemp and they no longer make the woodgrain model.
Before we decide on a product though, is there some type of calculation that we need to make to determine how much baseboard to use to get the same heat output as the radiators?
