We just bought a house that is only 10 years old. The master bathroon water pressure is fine, however the second bathrooms water pressure is getting weaker and weaker. What is the cause and how can it be fixed?

What is the cause and how can it be fixed?-are you on city water or water pump?? could be pump problem -is the pressure alright from the tub spout and not shower, could trash in head -is the toilet refilling ok, this would indicate that pressure is getting upstairs. -is the areator on end of lavatory valve spout plugged??
