New American Standard Cadet?

Just purchased several American Standard Cadet toilets from Home Depot and installed them. Prior to this I installed a Cadet tiolet (could be a Cadet II) purchased from HD and it seems to work fine, at least no complaints from the tenants.This new Cadet seems a bit different. It has a new refill valve without a tank ball and a foam float above the flush valve. It has a different action than the other Cadet, larger water surface and more sluggish action.I have some questions.How well do these new toilets work, in your experience?To get a good flush, it seems that you need to hold the flush handle for a couple of seconds. Is this normal for the toilet and how do I correct this?
