The temperature and pressure valve drips only after some one has taken a shower or washed dishes it will drip, i have replaced the temp and pressure valve 5 times and it still drips also i have turned down the pressure to 75 psi and also turnd down water temperature and still leaks how can i fix this problem and what is the cause thank you gk51

Had you hired the services of a competent, licensed plumber, your problem would be corrected and it wouldn’t take 5 T&Ps. He would have installed a thermal exp. tank and you could maintain good water pressure and appropriate WH temp.
