For some time now, we have had low water pressure, milky looking water and small white substance clogging our filters. We checked with our water department, which was of no help. We live in a rural area and don’t get local channels on television. I took a water sample into Wichita, Kansas and had the water and substance checked out. That’s when I first heard about the dip tube recall. 1-3-01 The message is not getting to all concerned. Is it to late to get the co. to pay for this? Appreciate the help!
