WE’VE MOVED INTO A HOUSE WITH A WATER SOFTNER AND NO INSTRUCTIONS. IT HAS A LARGE TUB OF SALT AND A
CYLINDER ATOP WHICH RESIDES A ‘BRUNER’ CONTROL PANEL THAT LOOKS LIKE THE CRANKSHAFT OF A MODEL T FORD AND A FACE PLATE WITH CONTROL KNOB, DIGITAL SCREEN AND UP/DOWN ARROWS AND A ‘REGEN’ PUSH SPOT. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO OBTAIN A USERS’ MANUAL FROM THE BRUNER PEOPLE.

Do you know how old the unit is and if it even works?

It is very likely that your “Bruner” system is no longer servicable since they are no longer available. You may try contacting Culligan. They bought Bruner a couple of years ago but that was the commercial and industrial water treatment company. There were some Bruner residential systems sold years back but I don’t believe they are still in business. The Culligan website is http://www.culligan.com. Or you can call their headquarters at 1-847-205-6000.
