I recently moved into an old (70s) house that has a hideous lime-green vanity top and sink in the downstairs bathroom. I have purchased a beautiful marble-like replacement and have no qualms about installing it, however I am concerned about how to go about ripping out the old one. I dont want to pull the drywall off and create a bigger problem than I already have! Are there any hints you can give me about how to remove the old caulk and vanity top without destroying the walls?
