I just moved into my new house and we are having a continual problem with clogged toilets (both of them, exactly the same). They have small tanks, supposedly to save water, (but I swear we waste more water plunging and flushing repeatedly to unclog). Anyway, we asked for a toilet that wouldnt clog…should we ask for a different one? Who is liable here? I know the cause is large bowel movements, but in all my experience, I have never had a toilet clog so much! Help, please….
