Our toilet always seems to be making a noise like its filling up and then stops, and you can hear a trinkle of water for a few minutes and then it sounds like its filling up again. This goes on all the time. Ive tried raising and lowering the water level but that doesnt seem to help. Is it leaking somewhere?
