I have a 1.6 gal toilet which only empties the one-half of the bowl. If I flush again after 30 seconds, it flushed completely.I have replaced the filler valve and completely removed the toilet from the floor looking for drainage problems. My guess it is some type of siphon problem. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for this?Many Thanks.
